TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP is currently recruiting for a PROJECT ENGINEER for an opportunity to work in a plant environment on industrial Engineering projects in the Calgary area.
Job Description:
- Engaging the home office engineering team to execute projects
- Working within the client facilities within to assist in scoping and executing their sustaining capital projects
- Developing and nurture relationships with operations and projects personnel within the client organization, to ensure their needs are being met and to secure future work
- Liaising with Business Development to scope out future work and provide input in to proposals
Job Requirements:
- Professional Engineer status with APEGGA
- A background with Instrumentation Field Equipment with a minimum 10 years of experience in a project environment
- Experience with InTools, CAD (3D), MicroStation, Honeywell, Experion, and Foxboro Series 2001 1A an asset
- Extensive knowledge of the operation of an EPCM office
- Knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards
