Office Administrator

TECHNICAL SUPPORT GROUP is currently recruiting for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for a Saskatchewan based opportunity to work in an EPC/Office environment.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for accounts receivable/payable
  • Assist staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Data entry, purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, etc
  • Typing, faxing, scanning, copying, taking minutes, ordering supplies, attending meetings and setting up appointments
  • Track office supply inventory and places supply orders
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary and serves as the go-to person

Job Requirements:

  • Office Administration diploma/certificate would be considered an asset
  • Advanced MS excel, MS Word, and SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping procedures
  • Knowledge of general accounting principals
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
