Turnaround Analytics Coordinator

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting a TURNAROUND ANALYTICS COORDINATOR for an opportunity in the Greater Medicine Hat Area in an Operating Plant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a suite of KPIs in Power BI that assist in the monitoring of business processes.
  • Provide training to the TAR Leadership Team on various software applications including Power BI, Visio, Planner, Adobe, Docu-sign, Power Point, Power Applications, etc.
  • Develop technical documents in the form of procedures, standards or policies to record business processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Turnaround Team including the preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations, as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with the control and maintenance of turnaround policies and procedures, and further facilitate document control, including hard copy printing, hard copy filing and electronic filing.
  • Prepare team members timesheets, compile and complete expense reports and leave requests for payroll processing, ensuring all training, business travel, vacation and other exception time for team members is tracked.
  • Facilitate vacation calendar management for the team, meeting management, including scheduling, agenda preparation, recording and distributing minutes, and organizing conference calls, organizing catering and other support activities, support for Turnaround site celebrations and events as required.
  • Act as a facilitator for all TAR audit personnel and prepare all documentation to support TAR audits. 
  • Facilitate team travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals and training.
  • Accomplish Turnaround results by soliciting feedback on performance, maintaining communications, understanding expectations, identifying improvement opportunities and following systems, policies, procedures and performance standards.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, deliver intra-office mail on site daily, manage electronic filing and hard copy filing systems and development of daily toolbox topics.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related IT field experience.
  • Experience with Computerized Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS) desired but not mandatory.
  • Office Administration Certification with a proficient skillset in IT Systems or University Degree in IT Systems or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe, Docu-sign, Power BI, Planner, Power Applications.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage several competing priorities at once and maintain information in absolute confidence.
  • Customer focused; dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Independently motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt within a changing and evolving work environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a team co-ed team environment.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening), interpersonal and presentation skills.
