Administrative Assistant

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a contract opportunity in the greater Rocanville area. Local candidates are preferred.

Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining calendars.
  • Support record-keeping and organization of project files and documentation.
  • Help process purchase orders, invoices, and basic contract documents.
  • Communicate with internal staff and external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment is an asset but not required.
