TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for a MILLWRIGHT on behalf of our client in the Edmonton area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a high-performing maintenance crew in a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules aligned with production needs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and reports.
• Support capital projects, upgrades, and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements:

• Journeyperson Millwright certification OR a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
• Hands-on experience operating cranes and rigging equipment to move and align heavy machinery.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and alignment techniques.
• Familiar with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications.
• Safety-focused, with a strong understanding of company and regulatory safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
