TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a SCALE DESK ADMINISTRATOR for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an environmental service environment.
Job Description:
- Run scale house operations, including weighing inbound and outbound trucks
- Accurately record and process load tickets and customer transactions
- Using Excel to enter logs and maintain daily reports
- Using SAP for processing tickets and tracking loads
- Answering phones
Job Requirements:
- Previous scale house or administrative experience would be an asset, but not a requirement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Must have reliable transportation, no busing available
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve
- Organization and time management skills
