Our Targets:

  • All employees will complete Indigenous cultural awareness and sensitivity training.
  • We will increase our company’s awareness and participation in Indigenous cultural events, seminars, and workshops within our communities.
  • We will increase internal spending with, and prioritize sourcing opportunities from, Indigenous owned businesses.
  • We will track and promote Indigenous representation within our workforce.
