Job Description:
- Enter invoicing into QuickBooks
- Working with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Complete unpaid bill reports and monthly financials
- Sending out emails and Docusign
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of Condo Accounting/Finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience using Docusign, QuickBooks and Microsoft programs such as Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience dealing with both internal and external clients at varying organizational levels
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain financial data
