TSG Staffing Services is currently recruiting for a SERVICE ASSISTANT for a Fort McMurray area-based opportunity to work in an industrial service environment.
Job Description:
- Opening work orders as requested by Foreman and Manager
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Review work order documentation with the Forman for discrepancies before final sign-off of the job
- Maintain constant communication with the customer’s representative to ensure proper documentation is complete for both parties and obtain appropriate approvals and notification to the service department
- Complete SAP and TAC entries
- Reconciliation of daily timecards, making sure timecards are accurate to eliminate delays in payment or incorrect payments from customers.
- Reconcile work orders, labour time, parts, freight and payments
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced industrial administration environment
- Must have own transportation
- Experience with MS Office programs
- Experience with SAP, CDMA and Ariba is an asset
- High attention to detail and analytical manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
